Dennis Higashiguchi, a certified trainer in strategic planning, customer service, and leadership, is a corporate consultant and trainer with over 40 years of experience.

Key Accomplishments:
  • Developed and delivered skills-based training programs for many Hawaii organizations including First Insurance Company of Hawaii, JTB, the City and County of Honolulu; Maui County, and AFL-CIO.
  • Facilitated strategic planning sessions for both public and private organizations including the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union; the Hawaii Youth Symphony; Olelo; Pacific Housing Assistance Corporation and UHA.
  • Earned certifications in areas including The Five Dysfunctions of a Team; Situational Leadership; and Emotional Intelligence.
