Our Process

We employ a three-phase initiative that enables us to create programs that meet our customers' precise needs, whether it's strategic plan facilitation, skills-based training, or coaching.

Phase 1 

  • We work with our customers to understand their precise needs, including interviews with key stakeholders and, if necessary, on-site visits.

Phase 2 

  • We develop alternative training models based on our needs assessment and meet with our customers to determine which alternatives work best.
  • We assist in developing an implementation action plan, including key performance indicators to track progress.

Phase 3 

  • We work with our customers to implement the selected alternative action plan(s).
  • We assist in developing the initial momentum necessary to achieve and sustain their desired outcomes.

Our program development process ensures we can meet our customers' specific needs.

All courses include: workbook materials and in-class skill-building activities. These activities include role plays, case studies, and pre and post-workshop assignments.
