Phase 1 - We work with our customers to understand their precise needs, including interviews with key stakeholders and, if necessary, on-site visits.
Phase 2
- We develop alternative training models based on our needs assessment and meet with our customers to determine which alternatives work best.
- We assist in developing an implementation action plan, including key performance indicators to track progress.
Phase 3
- We work with our customers to implement the selected alternative action plan(s).
- We assist in developing the initial momentum necessary to achieve and sustain their desired outcomes.
